November 2007

11/6/07; 8:16 p.m.- This week we are back (almost fully recovered from Celebration 25) with plenty of new updates with more on the way. We have uploaded our photos from Celebration 25 as well as a new update covering Halloween Horror Nights 17 at Universal Orlando. For our podcast, we have added three new episodes (Episodes #135, 137 and 138). Episode #136 has been pulled from our lineup so that it may be remastered in a new, experimental video format that we have been saving for our Celebration 25 episodes. You can see this new quality footage also used in Episode #137 and 138, but look for #136 to be out soon in the best quality we have yet to offer on Dreamfinder Forever. Dreamfinder Forever has also opened its long awaited podcast archive, featuring episodes no longer available for download, but now able to be viewed again and again here: http://youtube.com/profile?user=jedimaster1227. We will soon be archiving our Celebration 25 pages (to be saved for some future projects we are working on in cooperation with our other Celebration 25 partners), so if you have not seen those pages before, take a look while they are still online. We are working on a full writeup for the event which should be out with our next update. Dreamfinder Forever has many projects down the tube that we are working on, so look back at the past, look towards the future and until our next update, Keep Dreaming!

September 2007

(Update 9/9/07; 7:00 p.m.- This week, we have added two new episodes of our podcast along with a re-release of Episode #131 due to a technical issue with the file's size. Episode #133 covers Soarin's new queue-based game system while Episode #134 features a full ride thru of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We have also uploaded our first video for Celebration 25, showing some of the different attractions you will be able to experience when you join us for this momentous event! We have several more updates on the way, including a final schedule for Celebration 25 to be released later this week. We look forward to bringing you more updates, but until then, Keep Dreaming!)

June, July and August 2007

(Update 8/5/07; 11:20 a.m.- This week, we have added plenty to our site. To begin, we added a new episode to our podcast covering Universal's Islands of Adventure's Pteradon Flyers. We have also added a promo for our upcoming event, Celebration 25. We have also added two new photo updates, one covering our first visit to Six Flags over Georgia and the other based on Atlanta's new World of Coke museum. Along with this, we have new updates for Celebration 25 on our updates page. It has been brought to our attention that our podcast Episode #131 is currently not downloading properly. Therefore, we have pulled it from service until we are able to re-release it in working order (most likely split into two parts). We have plenty of different projects going on at this point, including Dreamfinder Forever 2.0, so we will keep you posted on our progress. So, until then, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 7/7/07; 10:21 p.m.- Happy Second Birthday Dreamfinder Forever! In honor of our special occasion we have released a new episode of the podcast, (Episode #131) covering Universal Studios' Hydroaction Ski Show. This episode also includes a special message from the mayor of Main Street and the Dapper Dans. We have also released two new photo updates, one covering the new Blue Man Group show at Universal Studios. The other takes a look at the new Simpson's promotional project taking over several 7-Elevens. We take a look at Orlando's first ever Kwik E-Mart along nice sized update over at Disney. We made sure that we took a few shots of the Epcot® wand, because as of Monday, it won't be whole anymore. So, enjoy the latest updates as we work towards our future goals, and after two years we are proud to say once more, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 6/24/07; 3:08 p.m.- This week we have a new episode of our podcast to release as we take more time to gather our "things" for Dreamfinder Forever's 2nd anniversary! This new episode (Episode #130) covers Spaceship Earth's new post-show, Project Tomorrow. We have also added a new poll that hints at a few of our latest projects in consideration... Though it may seem that this week's update is a little short, there is a perfectly good reason. We are prepping for a few suprises to go along with our anniversary. Expect more soon, and begin to count down because July 7th isn't that far away! So until then, Keep Dreaming!)

May 2007

(Update 5/6/07; 6:06 p.m.- Once again we are back with a large (and long overdue) set of updates. This week we bring you a brand new epsiode of our podcast covering the brand new Gran Fiesta Tour at Epcot. Along with this, we have three new photo updates. All three of these updates cover a span of time so as to let you see some changes that have gone on at the parks. The first update covers Disney (mostly Epcot). The second takes a close look at Universal Orlando (specifically the demise of Back to the Future and the progress of the Blue Man Group show). The final update is somewhat irregular for our site, but we figured we could try it out. This new update covers the grand opening of the new Regal Cinemas at Pointe Orlando (replacing Muvico) along with a quick look at Magical Midway's Sky Shot.

Along with our recent updates, we would like to remind you about our latest project, Celebration 25. If you do not already know, we are organizing a celebration of our own to honor Epcot for its first 25 years and to kick off 25 more. This event will allow Disney fans and Epcot lovers alike to meet to celebrate Epcot's 25th Anniversary together. During the day, Epcot's Food and Wine Festival will be taking place, along with a few group meets. With coverage by the Dreamfinder Forever team and more, the event will be filmed and photographed so that the memories can be saved forever. To end off the night, we are doing a reservation-only (payment needed) Illuminations Dessert Party. This special offer will allow us to have a private viewing location in the Italy Pavilion for Illuminations Reflections of Earth while enjoying the company of others and eating tasty dessert treats. While the Illuminations Dessert Party requires a payment, to join us for the rest of Celebration 25 is free (not including park admission). We currently have over 170 people joining us for the day and over 45 members joining us for the dessert party. We even have some special guests from the Disney community joining us for the event. This celebration only comes once, so we encourage you to join us and honor Epcot for all that it has given us. For more details on the overall event visit this page and for the latest updates concerning the celebration, click here.

Again, we thank you for you patience as we work on several exciting projects for Dreamfinder Forever. We will be working on another update soon, so until that time, Keep Dreaming!)

April 2007

(Update 4/1/07; 12:53 p.m.- After a short hiatus, we are back with a brand new, special edition episode of our podcast. In this tribute, we take a final look at Universal Orlando's Back to the Future: The Ride. This video allows you to experience the amazing in-queue celebration that took place at the end of the ride's life, from guests cheering "long live the future" to people singing happy birthday to a young boy who wanted to ride the ride one last time for his birthday. Along with a full queue walk-through, you will be able to watch the two pre-show videos along with a full on-ride video. This is surely an episode not to be missed.

We do apologize for our absence but between several different projects we are working on for this site, it will all pay off soon. Trust us! More details to come, but until then, Keep Dreaming!)

February 2007

(Update 2/27/07; 6:53 p.m.- In this week, we bring you a new episode of our podcast and a photo update to go with it. The subject on both fronts is based on the brand new Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor Comedy Club at the Magic Kingdom. While the video podcast does not cover the actual show, you are able to get a good walk through of the queue and a brief glimpse at what the main theater is like. We are excited to bring you this new update as we plan more for the future of the site. Speaking of such, we ask that you take a look at our latest poll on the bottom of the page so that we may get an idea of whether or not to include a forum in the upcoming Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. We plan on having a new update out soon, but until then, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 2/5/07; 6:36 p.m.- This week brings some more exciting news and updates. Since our last update we have worked hard to create a three episode arc of our podcast covering the Pirate and Princess Party. This special edition of our series features full videos of the Enchanted Adventures Parade, the Music, Magic and Mayhem Fireworks Spectacular and several other changes and additions made to the Magic Kingdom for the event. Along with this, the results from the MouseFest 2006 T-Shirt Contest have come in. The winner has been announced and the questions answered. By downloading the final special audio update for the contest, you can check your results for the questionnaire and see if you won. Along with our audio and video updates, we have added two new photo updates. The first goes with our Pirate and Princess Party coverage while the second takes a look at the latest news and updates going on at the Universal Orlando Resort. With our next update we will announce a brand new and spectacular event, but our teaser page, Codename: Celebration 25 can be seen now. We will leave you on that note, but check back within the next two weeks for a more in-depth announcement for one of our most exciting projects since the site's inception. Until then, Keep Dreaming!)

January 2007

(Update 1/16/07; 7:31 p.m.- This week, we are back with five new photo updates, all of which can be viewed on our photo site. We have also added a new audio update for our joint-podcast MouseFest 2006 T-Shirt Contest. This new episode provides the questions for the contest. Along with this, a new page has been set up with the text versions of the questions, along with contest rules and important dates. We have also added two new episodes of our video podcast, including a full POV onride video of the Dania Beach Hurricane.

Now, on a more serious note, we have recently seen an increase in copied material on other sites, including video sites like Youtube and Google Video. We would like to remind you that we do moniter our holdings, and if found without authorized permission for use, we will have to take action. This warning does include using footage from our video podcast, even if you reference our site within your use. We don't mean to be rude, but if you intend on using Disney footage for your own projects and distribution, please borrow footage from someone else with proper permission or go and film it yourself. Part of the reason that we distribute our videos for free is that we feel that we can trust our viewers to responsibly follow along the guidelines and courtesies that are expected in any free distribution. If problems like this continue, we will be forced to end our free services, and we really don't want to have to do that. Please remember this message when using any aspect of our site.

Well, after that sad, but needed warning, we would like to wish you a Happy New Year! Enjoy the new additions to the site and until the next update, Keep Dreaming!)

December 2006

(Update 12/20/06; 9:58 p.m.- After returning from our trip to Japan, dealing with multiple server updates and errors all three fronts, we have finally returned with updates a plenty! To begin, we have added a new photo update covering our theme park days from our tour of Japan. This update covers our visits to La Qua (Tokyo Dome City) and Tokyo DisneySea. Next, we have released 6 new episodes of our video podcast. The first (Episode #115) is a collection of videos from our trip to La Qua. Episode #116 features a full tour of Tokyo DisneySea's Tower of Terror, including the queue. In Episode #117, we take a look at the Osbourne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at MGM Studios. Episode #118 covers a night-time ride of Aquatopia. In Episode #119, we revisit the Spectacle of Dancing Lights for more beautiful synchcronization of music and sound. After this, we provide a full ride-thru POV of MGM Studios' Twilight Zone: Tower of Terror, giving you the ability to compare Walt Disney World's version to the one in Tokyo. In our last of our Special Japan Edition videos, we take a ride on DisneySea's flagship attraction, Journey to the Center of the Earth. All of these videos are now up for downloading and viewing.

On the subject of downloading and viewing, we would like to announce a new step in our Dreamfinder Forever Mobile feature: PSP direct-downloading. Now, Playstation Portable users with the latest update and wireless internet access can directly download episodes of our podcast for immediate viewing after completion of the download.

Back to added updates, we have also added our first audio podcast feature, provided by the members of the Let's Talk About Disney Podcast. In this episode, you can learn about our upcoming joint contest with several other podcasts in which you have a chance to win a piece of Disney history- a t-shirt signed by all of the podcasters and several of the managers of MouseFest 2006. We will have more information about the rules of this contest as we get closer to the new year, but in the mean time, we would like to recommend that you brush up on your Disney Trivia!

We would like to apologize again for our lack of updates, but we hope that our major additions to the site will compensate for any lost time. We would like to thank you for staying with us as we progress towards new horizons for this site. Also, the Dreamfinder Forever team would like to wish you a happy holidays and a happy new year! We will have more updates soon, so until then, Keep Dreaming!)

November 2006

(Update 10/26/06; 1:36 p.m.- This week, we continue in our tradition of delivering a new and exciting episode of our hit podcast (reaching 6 of the 7 continents). This week's episode covers the new High School Musical Pep Rally at the Magic Kingdom. We are continuing to work hard on many exciting projects for Dreamfinder Forever and its upcoming version, Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. We hope to have an update soon about the preliminary designs, but we won't give anything away until we are positive that we are ready for early critiquing. We plan on having another update by the end of next week so until then, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 10/17/06; 7:25 p.m.- After another long month of delays and server crashes, we are back again with another update. Over this break, we have worked on two new episodes of the podcast that are now available for download and a new photo update. The first episode (Episode #112) covers that passholder preview of the new Seas with Nemo and Friends, including a full ride thru of the newly resurrected Seacabs-turned-Clammobiles. Our second episode added (Episode #113) features two full on-ride POV (Point of View Videos) of the Python and Cheetah Chase at Busch Gardens Africa. The photo update added this week goes along with these two episodes, starting with an update at Universal, followed by Disney and then Busch Gardens. We apologize for our slow updates as we try to cope with server crashes and setbacks in our design of Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. We still plan on meeting our tentative opening date for the new site, but only time will tell. Until then, Keep Dreaming!)

October 2006

(Update 9/19/06; #:18 p.m.: After a recent server crash, we are back with a new update on Dreamfinder Forever. Over the course of the last three and half weeks, we have uploaded a new photo update and two new episodes of our podcast. The new photo update is the second part of our trip report, covering the experimental Team Possible Challenge and its finale in the old Imageworks upstairs in the Imagination pavilion. Episode #110 of our podcast also covers this activity from beginning to end and also features a full five minutes dedicated to exploring what is left of the Imageworks. Episode #111 features a full walk thru and ride thru of Mission Space [Green Version]. During the server's downtime, we sat down and began to work more on the newest version of Dreamfinder Forever, appropriatly titled Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. We have decided to announce that the tentative date for the public release of this new site will be on July 5, 2007 to commemorate Dreamfinder Forever's second year of existance. We plan on releasing at least one new article within the next two weeks to go along with our newest update. Along with adding more to our collection of photo updates and podcast episodes, we have added a new poem to our Disney Poems section created by a user of the site. We don't want to spoil the suprise for you, but we did enjoy it, so go ahead and check it out for yourself. We will be back soon with another update, so until then, Keep Dreaming!)

September 2006

Update 8/28/06; 9:35 p.m.: This week, we have two new updates and one on the way for next week. The first of our two updates is a new episode of our podcast  (which we are proud to say, now reaches 6 continents). This new episode features a full on ride POV (Point of View Video) of Test Track. The second of our two updates is part one of our two week trip report at Epcot. This week, we walked around the park and searched for various attractions and places under refurbishment. Next week, we plan on visiting Epcot again so that we can have full coverage of the Team Possible Challenge. This upcoming episode will have major spoilers and will visit areas often unseen by the regular guest, but we think it will be worth it! You'll just have to wait until next week for that, so in the meantime, Keep Dreaming!)

August 2006

(Update 8/18/06; 9:04 p.m.: As we continued our work on cleaning up Dreamfinder Forever [in its current version] and preparing designs for Dreamfinder Forever 2.0, updates have been coming more slowly. We do apologize for the delays, but in the long run, they will pay off. This week, we have added two new episodes of our video podcast. Episode #107 features a full ride-thru POV (Point of View Video) of Expedition Everest: Mission Himalayas. Episode #108 features a full trip report of our visit to Seaworld Orlando. In this episode, we have a full POV of Kraken (the park's floorless coaster), the Shamu Express (the park's newest kiddie coaster), the Waterfront Sky Tower and Penguin Encounter. Episode #108 is a special episode for Dreamfinder Forever, as it is our first official trip report episode. We will continue to bring trip reports in the form of video as we visit new parks along with Disney. Along with our two new podcast episodes, we have added a new photo update to the site. This new update acts as a tour for MouseSurplus' newest and largest location yet. Inside, we found items including, the Walt Disney wax figure, Seacabs, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride Cars and more. This update is one of our most exciting yet and we hope you enjoy it. We hope to be able to deliver a photo or video update sometime within the next month, showcasing the new Kimmunicator technology being tested at Epcot through September 8th in the old Imageworks (upstairs). Along with these two additions to our regular features, we have added a new feature to Dreamfinder Forever to expand the interactivity of the site. Dreamfinder Forever now has its own Yahoo Group. We encourage you to join to receive special updates and information about Disney and more in the future. This new feature gives Dreamfinder Forever users the opportunity to receive member benefits without joining our mailing list. We hope you enjoy this new feature! We will be back soon with a new update, so make sure to visit within the next two weeks for some exciting updates! Until then, you keep dreaming!)

July 2006

(Update 7/31/06; 2:51 p.m.: Once again, we apologize for the slow amount of updates but we are hard at work on many exciting projects. We have once again started to design more aspects of Dreamfinder Forever 2.0 while cleaning up some unorganized ones in the current version of the site. We have now organized our archived news and added a navigational bar for easy access to a certain date by month and year. We have added a new photo update to the site covering the grand opening of Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. at Universal Orlando's Citywalk. We just have one note to make about the site photo updates; Due to bandwidth and server constraints we had to downsize our amount of photos allowed on our updates page. In doing this we have removed several of our earlier or smaller photo updates. From now on, for every new update that is added, another will be removed. If you would like to view previous albums before they are removed, we recommended doing this sometime soon. We have also uploaded a new episode of our podcast covering the preshow of The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management), the raising of the World Showcase Bridge and a performance in front of the American Adventure Pavilion. We will be visiting Walt Disney World tomorrow so expect some more updates by the beginning of next week. Until then, you keep dreaming!)

(Update 7/14/06; 4:27 p.m.: We are now back from Canada with plenty to share! As we promised earlier, we have added a new article, a new poem, three new video-podcast episodes and a photo update. The new article was released earlier to our members, but it is now open to the public for viewing. Our newest poem is dedicated to Food Rocks, a show that we never forgot. One episode from our latest series of podcasts covers our visit to La Ronde. The next features a full ride-thru of the new version of Pirates of the Caribbean and another Disney's Sounds like Summer Concert performance. The last of the three episodes features a walk-thru of Figment's Place, a full ride-thru of Journey into Imagination with Figment and a quick note celebrating Dreamfinder Forever's birthday. The newest photo update accompanies our La Ronde episode of our video-podcast.

We are also happy to announce that we have added two more new features to Dreamfinder Forever. The first new page is titled DF Visitor Locator. With this page, you can see how far this site's visitors span across the globe. Along with this, you can add yourself and Disney landmarks to the map. We hope that this new feature is enjoyed by all! The second new feature (titled Suggest a Feature) allows you and other visitors to the site to suggest new features or changes to this site or to the layout of the upcoming Dreamfinder Forever 2.0.

Just a small note to add; we have updated several page layouts  (such as Disney Poems) to help for quick navigation. We are slowly adding new methods of navigation on the larger pages on this site. Our next page that will be worked on is the Archived News page. The site will not experience any downtime during these enhancements, but some changes may become evident during this transition. We will continue to work hard to make this site better for you! See you in a bit!)

(Update 7/5/06; 10:42 p.m: We are still in Canada, but we just wanted to say, "Happy Birthday Dreamfinder Forever! You are now one year old!")

June 2006

(Update 6/29/06; 8:00 p.m.: It is only six days until Dreamfinder Forever turns one year old! In celebration of this special occasion, we have added new features to the site (refer to last week's update). Continuing in the use of these new features, we have added a new article and a new podcast to the site. Along with adding these new features to the site, we have also removed one and changed the name of another. We have removed the "Disney Updates" page in favor of updates that will be covered by articles, podcast episodes and photo updates. With these other methods of reporting, we have left the "Disney Updates" page out of use and an unnecessary asset to our site. The "Poems in memory of..." page will be renamed to become "Disney Poems" in light the decision to unchain ourselves from just writing about attractions and experiences no longer available and allow ourselves to write in a more open field.

On another note, we will be leaving for Montreal tomorrow to go visit Six Flag's La Ronde and test out its new version of Goliath. When we get back, we will celebrate the birthday of Dreamfinder Forever with a bang by adding a new photo update, a new podcast episode, a new poem and a new article. Dreamfinder Forever has alot in store for this next year and we hope you join us as we move forward! See you soon!)

(Update 6/22/06; 8:35 p.m.: We are happy to announce a new feature that we have added to Dreamfinder Forever in honor of a very special event in Dreamfinder Forever history. "What is this event?," you ask. It is the one year birthday of Dreamfinder Forever. On July 5th, 2006 it will have been one full year since the site opened up to the public, To commemorate this special event we have created a Video-podcast/Audio-podcast feature for the site. This new addition to the feature family of Dreamfinder Forever will offer in depth looks at Walt Disney World and other theme parks around the world as we travel. You can access the podcast/videocast via the new link on the navigational bar. The podcast is currently accessible through Itunes, but it will soon be added to other podcast directories. Due to the preparation of this new feature, we were not able to complete our article that we committed to last week. We are moving back the release of this new article by two weeks so we can work on updating the site's layout in all forms. Along with the exciting news about Dreamfinder Forever's birthday and its new podcast feature, we would like to announce the addition of a new linked partner, MichaelCrawford.com. This site is still under construction, but it has shown great progress already and hope you think so too! We will continue to work on new features for Dreamfinder Forever and mold the new Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. Thank you for staying with us over this past year! We hope to lead Dreamfinder Forever into its second year with a bang, so expect some special news and announcements soon!)

(Update 6/18/06; 9:02 p.m.: Today, we were fortunate enough to attend a special passholder preview of a new ride at Universal Orlando's Islands of Adventure, the High in the Sky Trolley Train Ride in Suess Landing. Of course, during our visit we took plenty of photos and these photos are now online for your viewing pleasure on our photo updates page. Along with adding a new photo update, we have slightly changed the look and layout of our photo updates page. This new layout has allowed us to add new features like a computerized email notification for subscribers wanting to know when we add a new photo update to the site. Also, we have added a new calendar, "leave a message" option and a new option so that you can optimize your viewing experience to your viewing experience to your computer’s requirements and your liking. Hopefully, these new features will enhance your experience on Dreamfinder Forever. On another note, since we have had such success with our article, "DisneyQuest- Not done yet?,"  we have begun work on our next article. Subscribed members can expect a preview by Friday with a public release by Monday of next week. Until then, we will continue to work around the clock! See you soon!)

(Update 6/8/06; 10:34 p.m.: After a little bit of trouble getting our first article off of the ground, we have finally completed it! Our new article, "DisneyQuest- Not done yet?" is now available for viewing on the new DF Special Articles page on the navigation bar. After reading the article, you can tell us what you think by emailing us and/or rating the article in our new poll at the bottom of the page. We appreciate any input given and it will be applied to future articles and projects of that type. We are happy to have hit another milestone in our site's history by releasing our first article and hopefully, there will be more on the way. A new 4 day photo update of Epcot and Magic Kingdom has been uploaded to our photo updates page. That is it for now, so until the next update, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 6/2/06; 4:58 p.m.: This week, we are happy to add a new (and very large) photo update to our collection! This new update takes a tour of DisneyQuest while we tried to find out whether or not the "Virtual Theme Park" would be removed or replaced anytime soon (as reported by Jim Hill). Along with visiting DisneyQuest, we took a look at the massive amount of construction going on in Pleasure Island and we also walked through the rest of Downtown Disney. After investigating to find out whether or not DisneyQuest was closing, we decided to write an article about it.  We will have this article uploaded to the site by the end of next week. Along with this, we expect to have another photo update added by next Wednesday.

In another bit of news, we have added a new official link to our site. This new link's focus is on a unique podcast that the creators of this site have been working on. Brian Reed, the creator of the podcast explains:  "We are Disney lovers who took a vacation and thought it would be a neat idea to do a video podcast since we are filmmakers. If you are looking for what color shirt Johnny Depp has on in the new Pirates Ride you are not going to find it here. No big scoops. Just a few short clips of a family going on vacation, and half the fun is getting their."

This podcast entertained us and we thought it would do the same for you! The links for their website and their podcast will be located in the official links page. We will have more news for you soon!)

May 2006

(Update 5/29/06; 9:15 p.m.: As of today, we have added two new photo updates. One covers Universal Orlando's Citywalk and unveals the location of the brand new, Red Coconut Club. The other, is our first photo update covering Busch Gardens. We hope you enjoy these new photo updates as we have more coming. Later on in the week, we will add a photo update as visit DisneyQuest in what could be our last visit to the only Indoor-Theme Park of its kind left in the world. With this update we will also cover Downtown Disney, AMC and Pleasure Island. We will see you later on in the week, so keep dreaming!)

(Update 5/14/06; 3:18 p.m.: Today, we uploaded the final part of our week long photo update of the Swan and Dolphin Resort. Along with this, we have two new photo updates. One covers the TTA, Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios and the Contemporary. The second update features another look at Universal Studios, Citywalk and Islands of Adventure. There will be more to come in the future weeks, so enjoy!)

(Update 5/9/6; 7:01 p.m.: We are pleased to announce some news for you- Dreamfinder Forever is doing a special week long photo update of the Swan and Dolphin Resort. We have uploaded the photos from Yesterday and today's visits and as the week goes on, we will add more. Our final addition to this collection will be on Saturday. We hope you enjoy this unique look at one of Walt Disney World's best resorts and we hope that you enjoy all of our future photo updates. More to come later on, so until then, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 5/8/06; 8:00 p.m.: As we promised, we have a new photo update covering Downtown Disney and Pleasure Island is now up. Also, we have added the new "Poem in memory of... Project Gemini" for public viewing. We will continue to work on our various projects including the campaign, Dreamfinder Forever 2.0, our weekly photo updates, poems and many other things relating to this site. Dreamfinder Forever is beginning to make a transition from being a campaign based site to a full-fledged Disney and theme park news provider and fansite. As we continue with this transition, we will add new features and continue to give you more of what you already love! Until later, Keep Dreaming!)

April 2006

(Update 4/30/06; 2:13 p.m.: Continuing in our now weekly tradition of going to a theme park and taking photos, we now have a small but very special photo update up on the site. This new update shows the exterior of the Millennium Village in its current condition. Also, we took a couple of photos of the Flower and Garden Festival for you to enjoy! We are planning to go back to Disney again next week. It looks like now, we will have a photo update almost every week. Hopefully, this compensates for our lack of news in the past months. As an added bonus, we are adding a new poem in memory of Project Gemini next week. Members can see it starting today and it will be officially released next week with our next update. On a more sad note, we have to announce that D-Troops has closed and is no longer active. The link to the now defuct website will be removed from our Official Linked Partner's page but they will be remembered. D-Troops was an amazing website that ran many campaigns. Several of their campaigns were successful in achieving their goals, such as their campaign to keep the Carousel of Progress open and they helped to prolonged the removal of the Timekeeper. We will miss D-Troops very much, but we remember it by modeling our campaign after their successful efforts. Finally, we have added a new monthly poll on this page. It will be changed every month. The purpose is to help us to mold Dreamfinder Forever 2.0 to your liking. We thank you in advance for participating in these polls because they do help us a whole bunch! Until next week, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 4/24/06; 7:18 p.m.: While we may be short on news for the campaign and the rest of Disney, we continue to visit the parks almost every weekend and provide more photo updates. Following in this new tradition, we have another large new update. This update covers the Transportation and Ticket Center, the Monorail, the Contemporary, the Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Downtown Disney. We hope that news about Epcot's 25th anniversary celebration will be delivered soon and we will report on that as soon as we get any information. We are keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best, but while we wait, we will continue to deliver other news and updates from around the park and continue to work on Dreamfinder Forever 2.0! We hope to have our next update out next week, so until then, Keep Dreaming!)

(Update 4/19/06; 5:19 p.m.: Another new photo update has been added to dreamfinderforever.fotopic.net. This new update album features a quick look at MGM Studios and a walk through of several of Walt Disney World's many resorts. Along with this, we visited the new road that was built through Disney property where many *special* future additions to Reedy Creek. We can't tell you anything, but if all goes as planned, it will be good!)

(Update 4/5/06; 8:23 p.m.: A brand new-large photo update is now up on dreamfinderforever.fotopic.net. This week's photo update covers the Magic Kingdom, the Magic Kingdom Monorail, and a visit to MouseSurplus! This photo update is one not to be missed, so please take a look. In fact, this album has only been up for 4 days and it has already had a total of 237 hits! That record has made this photo update the most popular so far. We hope to bring you more updates like this in the future. Until the next update, You keep Dreaming!)

March 2006

(Update 3/27/06; 12:35 p.m.: We are back again! This week we bring a small piece of news and a special and new photo update.

Lets do the news first!: While the internet is buzzing about the recent rumors of the Dreamfinder returning to Epcot for its 25th anniversary, we are here to support this *RUMOR* as probable. The reason we are supporting this is because all evidence is clearly pointing to it at the moment, and not to give you false hope. The young meet and greet, "Figment's Place" closed down and is no longer in operation. The odd thing about this is that it has been in operation for only a little over 7 months. Disney has acknowledged this site and the campaign several times now and we are starting to consider what we are asking. Our next bit of news on this subject will come after we get a hold of Judy Estrin again to ask her some questions.

Now for the special photo update!: Dreamfinder Forever has expanded its territory in the world of photo updates. Not only are we covering Disney with photo updates but now we will feature competitive parks like Universal and Seaworld to let you see what is going on and for those of you who haven't visited the parks we cover, these updates will provide some ideas of what these parks are like. Our first non-Disney photo update covers Universal Orlando's Citywalk and Universal's Islands of Adventure! We hope you enjoy this update and future updates as much as we do!

Until later,

You keep dreaming!)

(Update 3/19/06; 4:07 p.m.: Hey everyone! We are back from our various travel destinations and we have a special update for you! When on a tour in Spain we were brought to a special castle! This castle was the one that inspired Walt Disney to put a castle in each of his main Disney theme parks. The similarity between the parks' castles and this one is evident, especially in EuroDisney's castle. Check out our new pictorial while we search for more news in Walt Disney World, take more photos and work on Dreamfinder Forever 2.0!)

(Update 3/9/06; 9:05 a.m.: We are sorry about the slow updates lately, but all of us at Dreamfinder Forever are traveling across the world. After we all get back, there will be more updates. In the meantime, enjoy our latest photo update! We will be back soon!)

(Update 3/1/05; 4:53 p.m.: Dreamfinder Forever has now added its largest photo update yet, covering three of the four Walt Disney World parks. This photo album features 132 photos! Check it out at http://www.dreamfinderforever.fotopic.net or just click our "Photo Updates" link on the home page. Also, it looks like we might be getting a new partner soon! More details to come, but until then, enjoy the photo update!)

February 2006

(Update 2/23/06; 4:14 p.m.: Once again, Dreamfinder Forever is going through some minor tweaking to make it easier to use with new visitors. The site will now feature an introductory page explaining several aspects of Dreamfinder Forever. We are still working on a great design for Dreamfinder Forever 2.0. We are very excited and we hope that you will follow us and our site into the future with its new look and features. Along with the latest news on Dreamfinder Forever's remodeling, we bring news of two new photo updates and one more special piece of news. Figment's Place (the host of Figzilla the Giant Figment) is currently closed. Oddly enough, the signs for Figment's Place are covered up and all that remains is a small entrance sticker with a picture of Figment on it. Maybe Disney is finally ready to reintroduce the Dreamfinder or maybe they are just refurbishing the meet and greet. It does seem odd that they wouldn't even list the closure or even a hint of a rehab on its site. We can only hope for the best! We hope you enjoy our latest update and our photo updates. Please if you have any comments or thoughts that you would like to share with us, please do. )

(Update February 7th, 2006; 6:36 p.m.-  And we are back with the latest news and more features in research! Just to let you know what we have been doing over the past three weeks; we have now visited Expedition Everest and each previewed it five times! Along with this, we have begun to design in-depth site layouts for Dreamfinder Forever 2.0 along with experimenting with podcasts and vidcasts. Now, for the site's update! We have added two new photo updates to Dreamfinderforever.fotopic.net. One features a brief look at Downtown Disney and a new Adventure Store. The other update is our delayed update from Expedition Everest: Mission Himalayas. We had the fortune to be able to attend the Passholder Preview session on its first day and we feel that it was an amazing attraction. We hope you enjoy the pictures! We are going to add a new poem to the site sometime next week. Also, a new poem in memory of... The Living Seas at EPCOT Center will be added later this week and will be up by tomorrow at the latest for members of the site. We are working very hard to make Dreamfinder Forever better and move with Disney, in a positive direction. To do so, we will need time to perfect our concepts and features as we go along. We thank you for your continued support and until the next update, we say goodbye!)

January 2006

(Update January 23, 2006; 6:43 p.m.- This week's update brings you a major photo update and some informational updates to go along with it. Currently we are looking at many new features for Dreamfinder Forever. We are creating concept versions of a Dreamfinder Forever Version 2.0! Yes, it is now official... Within the next year, Dreamfinder Forever will be completely overhauled for a new look, new features, and more of the things that you all love about this site. If you have any ideas or recommendations that you would like to share with us please contact us and our webmaster at zmanatr@cfl.rr.com. Please check out our fotopic page for the new photo update from Magic Kingdom, River Country, Discovery Island, Animal Kingdom and MGM (soon to be Disney Studios). Our next photo update will be this weekend covering the Passholder Preview session of Expedition Everest: Mission Himalayas at the Animal Kingdom. Until then, we would like to remind you of something Animal Kingdom is not; "Nah-Ta-Zu!")

(Update January 15, 2006; 3:47 p.m.- Continuing yesterday's update, Dreamfinder Forever has added a new mini photo update. We apologize for the lower quality and amount of photos available but due to a broken camera used normally for updates, we had to resort to using a disposable camera and scanning in photos. Also, you may encounter a problem on Dreamfinderforever.fotopic.net viewing a photo from the new mini photo update at full size. We are aware of this problem and unfortunately have no way to fix it. We hope you enjoy the photo update! We are having our photographer venture to the Magic Kingdom this weekend to do a photo update of that park. We also hope to attend the passholder previews for Expedition Everest: Mission Himalayas, so we will have a photo update of that park too!)

(Update January 14, 2006; 9:25 p.m.- After a month and a day, Dreamfinder Forever is back! Once again, the site has received some changes that will help to better the layout and appeal of the site. Dreamblog has been removed in order to have all updates on the homepage. Also, Dreamfinder Forever will be able to load faster for many computers and portable internet-compatible devices with the creation of "Archived News." Now, if you would like to see old Dreamfinder Forever updates, all you have to do is check the Archived News page! Along with the Photo Updates, Dreamfinder Forever will create text updates to go along with these photo updates. On that note, we have added our first update on "Epcot News." Expect a small photo update within the next few days. Due to an underwhelming amount of response to the Poem Contests and Request a Poem, these pages will be removed. Even though the Request a Poem will be gone, you can still request one if you have any that you would like to see. Just a small update on Dreamfinder Forever Mobile, the site is now able to work on ALL internet enabled phones that can display text and allow an inputted URL. Any internet enabled phone that has a color screen and the ability to view pictures through the internet on their phone will work. To finish off the update, we would like to let you know that our Photo Reporter, Adam has just bought an annual pass for Disney and will be going to the parks more often. Because of this, Dreamfinder Forever will have more photo updates, more often. These photo updates will no longer just include Epcot, but all four parks and any other Disney attraction that is visited. We hope that you feel that this is an acceptable apology for the lack of updates over the last month! Back with a photo update soon!)

December 2005

(Update December 13, 2005; 8:03 p.m.- Dreamfinder Forever has added an amazing new feature! Now, users and fans of the site and campaign can subscribe/register as members to access new features earlier than everyone else. Basically, members are beta testers for new features and updates on the site and they are the ones that recieve the most information and news, faster than anyone else. The old News Via Email Updates page has been changed again and has become "Member Registration and More." This new site is where you can submit your email to become a member. A new poem will be added to Dreamfinder Forever, "In Memory of...World of Motion" on Friday December 16, 2005. If you are interested in seeing it early, submit your email address on the registration page to recieve the update, username and password required to access the Member's Only page. I hope everyone enjoys these new features!(Update December 5, 2005; 8:35 p.m.-Dreamfinder Forever has now been added to the "External Links" category on Wikipedia's Journey into Imagination page. You can find the link in our links page. Also, the links page is adding a new "External Links" category. More poems on the way, but I need some ideas on which attractions, rides and shows to do.)

November 2005

(Update November 28, 2005; 11:23 a.m.- Dreamfinder Forever is proud to announce that we now have two new official linked partners. Both Figment's Imagination and Friends of Figment have been added to our official links. Also Dreamfinder Forever has added two new poems "In memory of..." Hope you enjoy them!)

(Update November 24, 2005; 8:41 p.m.- Dreamfinder Forever has had to close its "A Trip Down Imagination Lane" feature due to the fact that we did not have enough pictures, bandwidth and confirmed permissions for the copyrighted pictures. If you would like to see more from the Imagination Pavilion's history, please visit Friends of Figment or Figment's Imagination.)

(Update November 22, 2005; 3:11 p.m.- I would just like to apologize for Dreamfinder Forever's downtime for the past two days. Freewebs was having problems and the site index was deleted. This caused the site to go down. I have come to realize that when using the translation links, not some functions are unable to be used in translation but all are unable to be used. So, from now on, the translation is only for the main page so that the site updates can be read in many languages. I hope you all have a happy Thanksgiving! Also, as my gift to you for the start of the December holidays is the addition of two new features. The first great new feature is called, "Request a poem". This option will be so that you can request a poem to be inserted in the "Poems in memory of..." section of the site. You will be able to ask me to create poems in memory of characters, rides, shows and attractions that are no longer at Walt Disney World but are still in our memory. The second new feature is the announcement of Dreamfinder Forever's "Poems in memory of... Contest!" You will be able to create a poem that could win for the month and be permanently posted on the "Poems in Memory of..." section of the site, with credit given to you. These features will be up sometime today! Enjoy everyone!)

(Update November 16, 2005; 3:52 p.m.- Just a small update on some new things. Check out the Dreamblog for a new minor park update.

Next, I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the creator of Screamscape, whose mother has passed away after fighting Breast Cancer. In honor of all of those brave people who have fought, are fighting, survived, affected by and those who aren't able to be here with us today due to it and other forms of Cancer, a new page will be opening on the site. It will contain three pictures. These pictures are meant to be sent to everyone to let the world know just how important it is to care.

Dreamfinder Forever has opened a new "In Memory of..." page. This page hosts poems in memory of  past attractions and characters that we all miss. This month, to start, we decided to post a poem about the original Journey into Imagination, its transformations and more. Also, a Mr. Toad poem is going to be up within the hour.

The final note is the news of Dreamfinder Forever's new Photo Updates page, now added to the site options bar. This will contain all of our new photos from Epcot and any other Disney news collected by us. If you would like to submit any news or pictures, please contact me at zmanatr@cfl.rr.com. All of the photos on the site are copyrighted and right clicking is prohibited. These photos are for viewing only. If we find out that they are being used without permission, legal action will be taken. Enjoy!)

(Update November 10, 2005; 8:31 p.m.- Another new feature has been added to the site to make it easier to use in MANY DIFFERENT countries! I am also proud to announce that we have a new "Official Linked Partner!" MKT3000.com is now one of our supporters. A new Soarin' fan site is also in the works, and they are our next "Official Linked Partner!" Dreamfinder is speeding on. Only two more days until my trip back to Epcot! I can't wait to get photos during the day! I also would like to correct an error I made on my Halloween update that was brought to my attention. Figment's Place is not closed. The photo I took is of one side or entrance of the attraction, not in its entirety. This still means that a Dreamfinder meet and greet is possible. Maybe I can find any clues or hints at it when I go on Saturday! Also, my final announcement is that Dreamfinder Forever has hit a record-breaking score of the total amount of visitors that have seen Dreamfinder Forever at over 2500+ visitors. That is a fourth of ten thousand! That is an amazing accomplishment! Congratulations to us all!)

(Update November 7, 2005; 9:29 p.m.- A new Dreamblog (Blogging) page is now up. This will provide minor updates on the news for the site. Major updates will continue on the home page (this one). Also, just wanted to let you know that I will be at Epcot taking another photo update on Saturday, expect pictures up on Sunday.)

October 2005

(Update October 31, 2005; 3:10 p.m.- Happy Halloween! Just wanted to let you all know that Dreamfinder Forever is now able to be searched in through Google. I would like to thank Screamscape for all of their help as always. So here is the news! I was at Epcot on Saturday and boy was I excited! There I took my first pictorial, and any of you that want to see it, please email me. But when I went to JII with Figment, nothing was new except for one thing... A mysterious window on the side that I had never noticed before:

If you look above the table, it looks like a head; a dragon's head. Weird huh? Anyways I also wanted to share another picture to show another interesting fact. Figment's Place only opened earlier this year, but when I was at Epcot, the meet and greet was gone, with no evidence that it was ever there. Is it possible that maybe Disney is ready to re-introduce the Dreamfinder in the form of a walk-around character to make him more known, so that when the time comes, he won't be a complete stranger when the new ride is built. I'll let you decide!)

(Update October 26, 2005; 4:01 p.m.- Just wanted to let you all know that Dreamfinder Forever has added a new photo album "A Trip Down Imagination Lane." The album will get bigger as time goes on. Hope you all enjoy!)

(Update October 13, 2005; 6:24 p.m.- I apologize for the lack of updates again but this has been a slow two months (September-October). I am proud to announce that Dreamfinder Forever has a new official partner (Link) and a new sister site. As I proposed to you, I have now opened "Bring Blue Men Back".  Please visit it at http://www.freewebs.com/jedimaster1227 (Now Shut Down). The site's purpose is to get the Blue Man Group to perform one more tour with a minimum of three stops (Orlando, Anaheim and New York). I can assure you that none of my time will be deviated from Dreamfinder Forever but multiplied to accompany the extra campaign that many people believe will work. I am working very hard on something special that will help revive this site and hopefully sooner rather than later you will know. Email updates are still set to continue, just on a less frequent scale. This promising that every time the site has an update or news, you email updates will receive it first! Until later, a proud Jedimaster1227, signing out!

September 2005

(Update September 28, 2005; 11:00 p.m.- I just removed all of the polls on this site and replaced them with a new page called "Survey." I also forgot in today's earlier update to mention "Bring Blue Men Back." The site should be up and running soon. The tentative opening date is set for October 5th. It may even be earlier, we will just have to see.)

(Update September 28, 2005- I'm back, just received some helpful information from a friend at Friends of Figment. I am proud to announce that Dreamfinder Forever has a new partner to add to its "Links" page. Friends of Figment is now an official link and I highly recommend visiting it if you want to learn more about the stories, and tragedies that they Dreamfinder and Figment have endured. Their site is still under construction but everything that is up is extremely informative and helpful. If you have any suggestions for the site at all, please email me at zmanatr@cfl.rr.com or leave an entry in the guestbook to tell me what you think. Later!

(Update September 24, 2005- I sincerely apologize about the lack of updates but I have not had any new news to post for a while. I assure you that I am working as hard as possible and contacting as many people as possible to make sure that this campaign is as effective as possible. Just a few site changes, nothing major but just cosmetic. The affiliates page is now to be renamed "Links." I am still looking for people to be official links. Also, along with this campaign, I am working on starting another. It will be the sister site of Dreamfinder Forever. This new campaign will appropriately be titled "Bring Blue Men Back." For all of you who are confused, the mission of this second campaign is to have the Blue Man Group go on tour once more around the nation. The Blue Man Group is known for its sensational music performed using instruments made out of pvc pipe and other ordinary objects. They are also known for their colorful skits that go along with their performances, making their shows a sensation for the ears, the eyes and many other senses. This site should be up by next week. Anyways, back to Dreamfinder. I am working very hard on this campaign. I had a short delay after finding out some information that sort off put the campaign on hold until I could receive confirmation, thus the lack of updates. I am back on track and any free time I have is being put towards this cause. I appreciate all of your support and hope that our efforts can be taken into consideration at Disney. On a happy note, I have to admit that the total amount of hits on all of the pages on Dreamfinder Forever has racked up to a whopping 509 hits in less than a month and a half. That is very good. This is Jedimaster1227 signing off to go work on everything. Check back for news and information of "Bring Blue Men Back.")

(Update September 10, 2005; 3:43 pm.- Great news, we are back up and ready to go. I am extremely sorry about our downtime, but I went over the allotted bandwidth and didn't have the time to sit down and buy more. I have been working hard to make sure that the site is really going to be able to work. I also recently realized that I have  a friend who works in marketing for WDW. I am going to contact him and try to have him connect me to someone who can listen, maybe even get me to talk to Bob Iger. That would be nice, but I can only hope. Anyways, the site is going through some changes, as I change my affiliates, partners and more. I am also resetting the counter in light of the reopening of Dreamfinder Forever. Trust me, as I say that I am working hard to bring back our dearly missed friend no matter what it takes. I am going to try to contact a local news channel, a newspaper, and more. I would like to thank Grizz at D-troops for all of his help along with the people at Screamscape.com and the rest of the crew at D-troops for their support. The site is now available for viewing on the PSP's new web browser, along with Nextel phones and possibly some Windows-based Smart phones. Expect updates almost everyday on this site, I am dedicated to bringing Dreamfinder back!)

July 2005

(Update July 14, 2005- July 15, 2005; 11:32 am.- D-Troops has linked to this web site on their new news alert!  Also I am setting up a mailing news alert, to subscribe, email me at zmanatr@cfl.rr.com . This is also a way to reach me if you have any new information, any web site advice or anything else that you would like to bring to my attention.)

(Update July 13, 2005; 12:14 pm.- I have received an email from someone who I would never expect to hear from! The original Dreamfinder himself- the person who was in the picture that is this website's background and logo! We have his support!)

(Update July 11, 2005; 10:02 a.m.- Kodak has just given me the email of the representative of the JII Pavilion Sponsorship! I will attempt to reach her today, hopefully receiving a reply by next week.; Chat has now been deleted to make way for a new "Who To Contact" page on this web site to make it less "cluttered." This will contain all information on who to write to, email or call to get our message through.)

(Update July 07, 2005; 2:02 p.m.- More great news, I have just received a response from my email directly to Disney; Read and enjoy!:

Dear Adam:

Thank you for your recent email addressed to Judy Estrin, which she has forwarded to me.  We appreciate your having taken the time to share your views with us.

As I'm sure you know, The Walt Disney Company attaches great importance to maintaining high standards of quality and creativity at all of our theme parks and resorts, including Epcot.  In light of your concerns, I have forwarded your email to the appropriate offices at Walt Disney World for their review and any appropriate action.

Thank you again for your email.

Very truly yours,

David Thompson

There it is folks, we are getting closer to our goal!)

You can write to them at:

The Walt Disney Company

JULY 31st, 2005

This is to make sure that they do not discard individual letters. If they are flooded with letters, than they have to read them. Pray that this will work!
